MAKING THE FIRST MOVE SOUTH

10 June 2005
On Wednesday 23 March, The Grange in Priory Vale welcomed its very first residents – Kelly and Scott Trivett, and their baby daughter, Harley-Jay. Now safely inside their delightful three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Kilmersdon’, the family couldn’t be happier with the move.

“Already, we feel at home,” smiles Kelly. “We previously lived in Saunders' Brook, another Bloor development in Priory Vale. But as a growing family, we were looking for a property that offered more room. With the Kilmersdon, we have it all: the space we need, a large garden, and all within a beautiful cul-de-sac setting.”

The Trivett family also hold the distinction of being the first to move into the southern area of Priory Vale. For Kelly, the rural charms of The Grange within the wider appeal of Priory Vale proved an irresistible draw. “The area lives up to all its promises,” she says. “Throughout, each home blends perfectly with the environment and its green open spaces. It really feels as if we’re living in a small English village.”

Despite being the proud owner of a new Bloor home, Kelly has an even closer link with the company. She's the daughter of our very own Sales Director, Lorraine Palmer. "I'm delighted to see my daughter and her family coming to The Grange," she says. "Living here, they benefit from the best of both worlds – a location with great amenities that's just a stone's throw from stunning countryside."

What's more, Kelly's husband, Scott, is a builder who has worked for us in the past. "Scott can vouch for Bloor Homes' quality housebuilding skills," says Kelly. "If he had anything less than complete confidence in Bloor's reputation, we wouldn't have moved here. Now we have, it's reassuring to know we've made a good move."
